Booking conditions
Reservations made through this site are managed directly by the owner of the accommodation.
Availability request
Requests sent via the site do not constitute a binding reservation.
After submitting your request, you will receive an email with availability and a quote for your stay.
Booking confirmation
The reservation is considered confirmed only after payment of a deposit equal to 20% of the total stay, via bank transfer.
Payment instructions will be sent via email to you in your quote.
Balance of stay
The remaining balance must be paid according to the methods indicated in the booking confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellation is free of charge and the deposit will be refunded if the stay is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date. After this date, the deposit will be retained. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the period and type of stay and are summarized at the time of booking confirmation.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax, imposed by the City of Milan in the amount of €9.50 per person per night, is not included in the indicated price and must be paid on site upon check-in.
